The full paper should be a PDF file using A4 size papers. The templates and instructions for MS Word and LaTex can be found on the IEEE - Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings page.
Online Full Paper Submission Info
If your 2-page Extended Abstract is accepted, you need to upload a Full Paper (4 to 6 pages) and complete the copyright form. Please log into your START conference submission account and follow the instruction.
