Registration Method

The registration fee covers the following:
- For Regular Registration:
2 Paper presentations, 1 Conference bag, 1 USB Proceedings, 1 Reception ticket, 1 Banquet ticket, and 3 lunch tickets. Drinks and food served at the tea-breaks are also free to all registered attendees.
- For Student Registration:
1 Paper presentation, 1 Conference bag, 1 USB Proceedings, 1 Reception ticket, and 3 lunch tickets. Drinks and food served at the tea-breaks are also free to all registered attendees.
- For IEEE Life Member Registration:
Free of charge.
- For One day registration:
1 Paper presentation, 1 Conference bag, 1 USB Proceedings, and 1 lunch tickets. Drinks and food served at the tea-breaks are also free to all registered attendees.
Additional charges

One registration covers a maximum of two accepted papers by the same registered author. An additional USD 350 must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
For papers with more than 6 pages, the author needs to pay USD 200/page for the extra pages to be in the conference proceedings.
Refund Policy
50% of the paid registration fee will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made on/before October 10 2014.
No refund will be given if cancellation is made after October 10 2014.
