- Presenters are expected to arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
- Report to your session chairs at the beginning of the session.
- The maximum duration of the general presentation should be 12 minutes and 2-3 minutes Q&A; invited presentation would be also 12 minutes and 2-3 minutes Q&A.
- Laptop computers will be provided in each session room. You can also use your own laptops for presentation.
- To avoid any delay of the program, please CONNECT you own laptops to the projectors before the session start. Only VGA connector is provided. Please prepare your own convector for connection other than VGA input.
- ALL PRESENTATIONS MUST BE PRE-LOADED IN THE CONFERENCE PROVIDED LAPTOPS AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH DAY WHILE AT THE TEA-BREAK.
