Special notes for Late-News Abstracts/Full Papers:

  • Page limit: Up to 2 pages in length for Late-News Abstracts; 4 to 6 pages in length for Late-News Full Papers.
  • Late-News Abstracts/Full Papers will be accepted for Poster Presentation only and will NOT be considered for the conference best paper awards.
  • Registered authors who are unable to attend in person due to visa or other issues may request that the organizers display their posters on their behalf.
  • Late-News Abstracts will NOT be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other A&I databases.
  • Late-News Full Papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and indexed by other A&I databases, provided that only the Full Papers have been reviewed and accepted.
