In particular, you should use the provided templates.<\/li>\r\n        <li>The Microsoft Word template can be downloaded <a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-nanomed.org\/2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Template-for-Preparation-of-Papers-for-IEEE-Sponsored-Conferences-1.docx\" class=\"sample-link\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h3>Paper Specifications<\/h3>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li><strong>Paper size:<\/strong> As for IEEE conferences, the paper size for submission must be A4.<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Paper format:<\/strong> Two-column format in the IEEE style is required.<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Page limit:<\/strong>\r\n            <ul>\r\n                <li>For the <strong>initial submission<\/strong>, a manuscript can be 4 to 6 pages in length (for a full paper) or up to 2 pages in length (for an abstract).<\/li>\r\n                <li>For the <strong>final submission<\/strong>, a manuscript should be 4 to 6 pages, with 2 additional pages allowed for an extra charge.<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n        <\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>PDF file:<\/strong> A manuscript file needs to be converted to a PDF version for submission. Please limit the size of the PDF file to 5 Mb.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"note-box\">\r\n        <strong>Please note:<\/strong> Full papers are NOT required to present papers in the conference. Please do <strong>NOT<\/strong> use reference styles from publications of other societies or organizations.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <p><em>Please note: The above basic adherence to layout specifications is expected.
