If you wish to participate in the best paper contests, you MUST submit a full paper (4 to 6 pages) for review by October 20 (not a 2-page abstract).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will submit a single PDF that conforms to the manuscript preparation guidelines. In particular, you should use the provided templates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Microsoft Word template can be downloaded <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee-cyber.org\/2019\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Template-for-Preparation-of-Papers-for-IEEE-Sponsored-Conferences.docx\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paper size: As for IEEE conferences, the paper size for submission must be A4.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paper format: Two-column format in the IEEE style is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Page limit: For the initial submission, a manuscript can be 4 to 6 pages in length (for a full paper) or up to 2 pages in length (for an abstract). For the final submission, a manuscript should be 4 to 6 pages, with an 2 additional pages allowed for an extra charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PDF file: A manuscript file needs to be converted to a PDF version for submission. Please limit the size of the PDF file to 5 Mb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note: <strong>Full papers are NOT required to present papers in the conference<\/strong>. Authors with accepted two-page abstracts will present their papers; however, <strong>accepted two-page abstracts will NOT be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other A&amp;I databases<\/strong>. Full papers (4 to 6 pages) may be submitted after two-page abstracts are accepted, and <strong>only accepted final full papers will be published in IEEE Xplore<\/strong> and indexed by other A&amp;I databases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Abstract Layout Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paper size<\/strong>: A4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Top margin<\/strong>: 36.6 mm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bottom margin<\/strong>: 19 mm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Side margins<\/strong>: 19 mm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The manuscript should NOT contain any 1) Page numbers; 2) Headers; 3) Footers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Author List<\/strong>: The author names should be listed in the order of First Name, Middle Name or Initial (if any), and then Last (Family) Name. DO NOT indicate any membership UNLESS the author is a member of the IEEE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Figures<\/strong>: Ensure every figure in your paper is clear enough, with a standard of 300 dots per inch (dpi).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>References<\/strong>: Refer to the template file below for the IEEE style of reference citations. Please do NOT use reference styles from publications of other societies or organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note: The above basic adherence to layout specifications is expected. However, you are free to use good judgment in the presentation of your information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Abstract Template<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may download the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee-cyber.org\/2019\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Template-for-Preparation-of-Papers-for-IEEE-Sponsored-Conferences.docx\">Abstract Template<\/a> as an aid for your formatting. This is only a standard template from the IEEE.
