Late News Abstract submission is OPEN!
Late News abstracts are for reporting recent discoveries that were not available at the earliest abstract submission. Late News abstracts are for Poster Sessions only and require one-page abstracts. The Late News abstract submission deadline is October 7.
NOTE: Late News Abstract submission deadline is extended to October 7, 2019.
NOTE: (1) One-page late-news abstracts will NOT be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other A&I databases and (2) Full papers are NOT required.
Submission for Review
Authors should submit an abstract (1 page) for review by September 30.
- You are going to submit a single PDF that has to conform to the preparation guideline of Late News abstracts. In particular, you should use the provided template.
- Word template can be downloaded HERE.
- Paper size: As for IEEE conferences, the paper size for submission must be A4.
- Paper format: Use the word template.
- An abstract file needs to be converted into its PDF version for submission. Please limit the size of the PDF file to be 5 Mb.
Requirements of the Layout of 1-Page Late News Abstract
- Manuscript should NOT contain any 1) Page numbers; 2) Headers; 3) Footers.
- Author List. The author names should be listed in the order of First Name, Middle Name or Initial (if any), and then Last (Sir) Name. DO NOT indicate any membership UNLESS the author is a member of the IEEE.
- Figure. One representative figure is allowed. Ensure every figure in your paper is clear enough, with a standard of 300 dots per inch (dpi).
- References. If references are to be included, IEEE style of reference citations must be used. Please do NOT use reference styles from publications of other societies or organizations.
NOTE: The above basic adherence to layout specifications is expected. However, you are free to use good judgment in the presentation of your information.
